One of our residents at Cedar Village who lives in the apartments needed a new mattress for her bed. She is a private person, so she didn’t want anyone to know that she needed financial support for this purchase. Her aide shared this confidential information with the Chai Hopes/Making Dreams committee at Cedar Village. The committee was able to provide the resident with the funds needed to purchase the mattress.
“I am able to sleep better every night because of my new mattress. I am so thankful for the kindness that was shown to me,” she said.
