When Young Men Take Lead Fight Against Trafficking

By Jyoti Nale | Programme Director

Save The Children India is committed to fight exploitation and violance against women and children. We also recognised the importance of community support and collective action to make villages safe and free from violance.

This quarter, we reached to 52 villages with activites and interactive games that help communities understand the action and behaviours that facilitate gender discrimination within family, schools and in villages.

This quarter we had many young men from villages of western Maharashtra participating in village level programmes and activities and took oath to respect  individuality of girls and women at home and around.

Your support has helped us reach this far and we need you to be with us in future.

Thank you for being there, in our journey of making India a Woman and Child Friendly Nation.
