Little By Little, We Can Make A Difference

Because of the generosity of supporters through your platform, our Little by Little, We Can Make a Difference campaign helped strengthen Roots Community Health's ability to meet people where they are with compassionate, community-centered care.

Every gift, no matter the size, represented more than a donation it became an investment in healthier families, stronger neighborhoods, and a more equitable future. Your support helps Roots continue providing culturally responsive healthcare, behavioral health services, outreach, care coordination, and connections to essential resources for individuals and families facing barriers to care.

Throughout this campaign, we were reminded that lasting change rarely happens all at once. It happens little by little through every appointment kept, every person connected to care, every family supported, and every donor who chooses to stand alongside our community. Together, those small acts of generosity create meaningful, lasting impact.

This campaign also reinforced the importance of sustainable giving. Monthly and recurring support provides the stability needed to respond to emerging community needs while continuing programs that improve health outcomes and advance health equity across Oakland and the surrounding communities.
