The “Life Tools for Youth” project continues its journey and focuses on the development of young people in vulnerable situations, providing resources that promote their physical, academic and professional well-being. In this first stage we have implemented three fundamental pillars: the delivery of healthy food, school support and training for working life. It is also important to mention the scholarships awarded in this period since they allow us to ensure permanence.
Firstly, the provision of healthy foods seeks to improve the nutrition of young people, ensuring that they receive the energy and nutrients necessary for their growth and development. Through the delivery of a daily refrigerator, we also promote healthy eating habits that can last over time.
We have established a system of personalized tutoring that accompanies young people in their studies, helping them overcome academic obstacles and improve their academic performance. This support not only focuses on learning content, but also on promoting study and time management skills.
Finally, training for working life is designed to provide young people with practical skills and competencies that allow them to enter the labor market. These trainings include soft skills development workshops, resume building and interview preparation, as well as internship opportunities at local companies.
Together, these initiatives not only seek to address immediate needs, but also empower young people to build a more promising future. The progress to date has been positive, with an increase in the participation and satisfaction of beneficiaries, which motivates us to continue working on this path towards inclusion and personal development.
Thank you all for believing in us and thank you all for giving us the confidence to continue our noble work.
