INTRODUCCIÓN:
En Chantiik Taj Tajinkutik AC, hemos estado trabajando continuamente con los servicios de medidas sanitarias que requieren nuestras actividades, actualmente trabajamos con nuestra población de 9:00 am a 1:00 pm Actualmente se ha percibido por los medios de comunicación un alto contagio en la población; por eso seguimos cuidando todos los protocolos en el uso de la instalación, como el uso del protector bucal, el uso de gel antibacteriano y distancia saludable.
BENEFICIARIOS
Directos - Se consideran beneficiarios directos de nuestros programas a todos los jóvenes que asisten a los talleres, más los familiares con los que conviven ya que también reciben talleres (último viernes de cada mes), donaciones en especie (leche, despensas) y terapéuticas. atención y asesoramiento legal si es necesario. Actualmente estamos trabajando con 30 jóvenes que asisten habitualmente a los talleres, así como sus familiares con los que conviven. En muchos casos, abuelos y abuelas, tíos y primos comparten los espacios de vivienda, por lo que también son considerados beneficiarios directos.
BENEFICIARIOS DIRECTOS: 95 mujeres, 55 hombres
TOTAL: 150 personas
Indirectos - Los beneficiarios indirectos son aquellos que conviven a diario con los beneficiarios directos, ya sea por lazos de sangre o por barrio, y los que se convierten en el alcance de nuestros programas extenso. Los beneficiarios indirectos NO comparten vivienda con los directos.
BENEFICIARIOS INDIRECTOS: 140 mujeres / 60 hombres
TOTAL: 200 personas
TALLERES - En el marco de la contingencia sanitaria, los talleres han continuado en tiempo y forma. Estos son los avances realizados:
BAKERY AND PASTRY WORKSHOPS - With the health protocols, they continue with the practical workshops with the necessary care to avoid contagion in the population. The Theoretical workshops are taught as normal. Product learning has continued of innovative bakery and pastries for the cosmopolitan population of San Cristobal de Las Casas. The school bakery "Los Sueños" is an entrepreneurial project for young people from indigenous extraction who attend Chantiik and who have economic precariousness, serving as opportunity to equip them with tools in the trade, as well as for in due course, also have the tools to start a business.
MARKETING WORKSHOP - This workshop is of utmost importance for our Population, due tothat with confinement the use of ICTs is something that became part of daily life, Therefore, we have focused our efforts on providing them with the necessary tools for promotion of our products, as well as when they decide to start their own business.In addition to this, we return to marketing that includes the strategies to be able to position a service or product in the market. Young people are enthusiastic about the subject and like to get involved in the teaching-learning process, which is done with the methodology called ludopedagogy. LABOR RIGHTS - The workshops have been adequately developed, including as thematic content the human rights of workers, so that they appropriate their right to dignity, sensitizing them about it that they should also have in the interaction with their peers, the employer's party and everyone. The workshops have been held with dynamics that allow to identify that they actually managed to have the desired learning. EMOTIONAL CONTAINMENT - With the pandemic our direct and indirect population has manifested in the interior and exterior of his family, violent behavior, due to the fact that the houses rooms are small and inhabit several people; coupled with the fact that income has decreased. What has originated a greater pressure to be able to subsist. Therefore, they have been offered workshops on emotional integration, good parenting and resilience, in order to provide them with tools that allow healthy coexistence. Likewise, the therapeutic support to the young people and families who require it. SCHOOL REINFORCEMENT - Periodic sessions for reinforcement were continued school adapting to the needs of our beneficiaries, identifying that there is no good attention from teachers, when sending assignments on topics that they could not see and were not it generated an ideal mechanism to generate learning; however, they have managed to according to the needs that arise with our population. One strategy was to locate the population according to their school year, to facilitate intervention in this process.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO - We are currently working on the training of the pre-production part,in order that they know the creative processes of a video. Currently in team elaborate the development of their project investigating the content of their themes, which are carried out with the approach of complaint. The selected topics are "Animals in danger of extinction "" the negative implications of video games "" Animal abuse "" rights of girls, boys and adolescents”. Young people are highly motivated and cooperate with the dynamics of the process. COMPUTATION - This workshop is developed supporting the needs of each population, due tobecause with the pandemic, their academic activities have been developed with the Technological tools; therefore, the work has been focused on the use of the different platforms and tools, which contribute to their new school needs. It identifies that 50% of the population still has difficulties with the use of technologies. SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS - 30 scholarships have been awarded in a timely manner to the same number of beneficiaries. A LIFE STORY.- R is a young man who at the beginning of the program was very serious and shy. Is he eldest son of the family, part of his life lived with his paternal grandmother, because his parentstienen que luchar para traer los ingresos familiares. R después de dos años de llegar al programa, es más sociable, simpatiza con sus compañeros y logra desenvolverse en los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. En junio pidió participar como aprendiz de panadería, para poder aportar un ingreso familiar y continuar con sus estudios profesionales.
