By Dada Daneshananda Tor Bjoernsen - Project Director
We have made 9 surgeries on children since our last report in March. The included intestinal obstructions, complicated hernias, perforated Typhoid and Spina Bifida.
This is our final report for our project Life-saving Surgeries for 24 children in S.E. Nigeria. In total we have made 27 life-saving surgeries since we started this campaign. We have felt very grateful to be able to offer these surgeries to families who would have struggled to pay for the surgery themselves due to poverty and lack of resources.
Due to the great success of this programme we plan to run another similar campaign later in the year to be able to offer more families support.
Thank you so much for your generosity. We couldnt have done it without you.
