We are excited to anounce that we are opening a new library with our sister organization Ugandan Pearls!
Ugandan Pearls is a NGO founded by Dee Potts, and Australian woman (and one of my former vounteers!) They are a comunity organization focused on empowerment, equality, and education. We are proud to be partnering with them.
They obtained an old shipping container and are modifying it with doors, windows, and shelves. The container should be finished my the end of next week and we will bring the books soon thereafter. EXCITING!!! An update wil follow shortly.
