Less Privileged Elders Need Care & Meal Support

Keeping our services without interruption depends on donor's generous support. CHHASE want to create a space, where there is no sufferings of starvation. With your  support, we have been providing nutritious meals for 59 old age persons. The age group of the old age persons are 60 to 90 years. Some of them are having ill-health and they are not able to work any more for their survival. Every day we provide nutritious meals to 57 old age persons and the meal includes steamed cooked rice, tuar dhal, sambhar, vegetable curry, pickle and seasonal fruits, curd, etc. with this nutritional meals the old age persons are very healthy and they are very confident that they live more days.

CHHASE provide not only food support, we provide warm clothing and medical treatment for them with love.The elderly person’s health have been improved and expressed sincere gratitude towards your kind gesture. With your kind and timely support only we have been serving the destitute and needy without any struggle

A Warm Greeting from CHHASE India !! !!

CHHASE is very proud to complete Successful 17 years and the organization has made its identity as Globalgiving Top Ngo for three consequent years.

CHHASE has celebrated its Anniversary Day on 26^th November 2018 this year. On this occasion, the staff and beneficiaries of the CHHASE organization celebrated this big bash with Neglected elders,tribal and rural children. They tasted cake, danced and enjoyed a lot in the celebration.
On the occasion of the Foundation Day, CHHASE distributed blankets to 35 poor homeless, so that they can protect themselves from the shivering cold. In addition to this, CHHASE enrolled 10 New neglected elders to get food groceries every month. In order to provide better and sustainable livelihood to 5 widowed mothers, sewing machines wereprovided with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation. In memory of this day, 17 fruit trees were planted in a village in tiruvallur district and the participants took oath to keep the trees conserved.

The Anniversary Day was celebrated 15 places where almost 1200 beneficiaries including Elder women, girls, men and children enjoyed in the celebrations. The celebration also had importance as it was the Successful 18 years of CHHASE India.

CHHASE, in these 17 years, has worked for more than one and half lakh marginalized and deprived people in Tamil nadu. In order to make them self-reliant and empowered, the organization has put its significant efforts through several programs as vocational education, women empowerment, agricultural development, environmental conservation , educational development and sustainable livelihood and the organization still keeps putting its efforts for the same.

It is the guidance of GlobalGiving Foundation and the generous donations of all respectable donors that brings positive energy to us due to which our staff and volunteers are always ready to put themselves into action with dedication and devotion for the development and empowerment of the deprived community.
