Support Slum Children's Education in Guntur, India

By Joseph Anthony | Project Leader

Dear Friends and Donors,

Namaste!

We at BASS, India, are reaching out to you for support for our after-school learning centers in Guntur. These centers serve 150 children living in slums, providing them with essential educational support.

We operate three centers with qualified teachers who help children with homework, teach subjects, and mentor them. From November 2024 to February 2025, the children have shown excellent progress in their term exams. They are now preparing for their annual exams in March and April 2025. Our teachers also focus on character building and health habits, transforming these children's educational standards. Parents greatly appreciate our work.

However, we haven't received any donations in the past four months, making it difficult to cover operational costs like rent, materials, staff salaries, and nutritious snacks. Each center needs $350 per month to run effectively.

We urgently need your help to keep these centers open. Your support will prevent these children from child labor, dropping out of school, and losing hope.

Please donate to help us provide quality education and life skills. Your contribution will make a lasting impact.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

With heartfelt gratitude,

BASS, India
