Thank you to all of the supporters of the Lake Effect Fringe Festival. Our organizing committee is hard at work on the 2016 festival, and we have already set the dates. The 2016 LEFF will run at the Dog Story Theater in Grand Rapids from February 4 through February 28. GEM Theatrics, the Pigeon Creek Shakespeare Company, and Stark Turn Players will all be back with exciting productions. We are also researching the possibility of making Monday nights at the festival improv nights, with several regional improv groups making appearances. We will open applications for other festival participants in the later summer or early fall. We are also seeking to expand our organizing committee -- the festival has grown so much in just 3 short years that we really need some more folks actively working on the planning and publicity.
We will continue to send out reports updating the plans for LEFF 2016. Thanks to all of you who have been supporters of this project, and of local theatre in Michigan!
