Joshua Ndugu has been with us for several years. He is now over 18 and is in Class 8. He missed a great deal of school before coming to us. He struggles as a student due to the lack of a solid foundation when young. He is a hard worker and very responsible. Rather quiet, he is always ready to lend a hand. Turn around and he will be there and say "Let me help you with that. ".
He is in love with automobiles and hopes we will be able to help him get his driver's license and mechanics school.
He is in his last year of primary school and takes the KCPE examination in November.
Early in the year, a wonderful donor came along and assisted him to get his school fees paid, and renew the parts of his uniform that were no longer useable. He does not have a regular sponsor.
He has three months more of primary school then take his examination in November. He is hoping to take a driver education class in December and an automotive mechanics apprenticeship or a course in January . It will cost approximately $1,000.00 to take Joshua from where he is now to independence and employment. Two donors giving a recurring donation s of $31.00 per month will be matched by an anonymous donor and Joshua will be independent, employed and grateful. Thank you for considering this wonderful opportunity.
