September begins the final term for this year at school. Kenyan schools operate from January to December. Students in Kenya often have school fees, and exam fees to meet at this time of year. It is not uncommon for students to reach the last few weeks of the year and be told to go home for lack of payment. Or Seniors in High School be told without the Exam fee they will not be able to take the examination they have been working toward for 12 years! With your help, we will meet the obligations of the 24 children Expanding Opportunities is supporting. Any amount over our obligation will be used to meet the end of the year needs for additional children beginning with the seniors.
