This project will provide insecticide-treated mosquito nets to vulnerable families in Namakwa Village, Mukono District, Uganda, who cannot afford them, helping protect children, pregnant women, elderly people, and other community members from malaria. Karitas Relief Mission will distribute the nets and educate families on their proper use to reduce mosquito bites and prevent malaria.
Namakwa Village in Mukono District faces a malaria challenge, especially among low-income families who cannot afford mosquito nets. Children, pregnant women, elderly people, and other vulnerable residents are at risk of mosquito bites while sleeping.
