Our center is a safe space for women and girls to seek support with their emotional and mental health, share their concerns or problems through emotional or counseling support, and promote women’s rights and gender equity among the targets.
The majority of our beneficiaries are facing women’s health issues, family planning difficulties, and seeking legal advice. In the last quarter, 55 clients accessed the services; 42 cases are in person supportsand 13 cases through virtual support.
In April 2024, we established a Wellness Center for women, expanding our space for counseling, and providing women empowerment groups, a library, kitchen, garden, and spaces for yoga and meditation.
One of the beneficiaries shared with us: “I feel safe and trust to discuss my concerns with the counselor. This is my first time in life to share this with someone.”
