Leadership begins long before adulthood. It starts when a girl discovers her voice, believes in her abilities, and is given opportunities to contribute positively to her community.
Thanks to your generosity, girls are developing the confidence and skills needed to become future leaders.
During this reporting period, beneficiaries received menstrual hygiene supplies, reproductive health education, leadership mentoring, and personal development support. These interventions are helping girls remain in school while building self-confidence and leadership capacity.
Teachers have reported increased participation in student leadership activities, school clubs, and peer-support initiatives. Girls are demonstrating greater confidence in expressing their ideas and supporting others.
The decline in youth-focused services has reduced opportunities for many girls to access mentorship and leadership development. Through your support, these opportunities remain available and impactful.
