A dream can be fragile when poverty stands in the way. For many girls in rural Uganda, the inability to access menstrual hygiene products and reproductive health information creates challenges that threaten their education and future opportunities.
Because of your support, those dreams are being protected.
During this reporting period, we reached vulnerable girls with menstrual hygiene kits, reproductive health education, and mentorship programs designed to help them remain in school and make informed decisions about their lives. These interventions are helping reduce absenteeism and build confidence among adolescent girls.
The need continues to grow as reductions in funding for youth-focused programs leave many communities with fewer resources. Your generosity has enabled us to continue providing support at a time when many girls would otherwise be left without assistance.
Teachers have observed positive improvements in attendance, participation, and self-esteem among beneficiaries. Girls are increasingly viewing education as an achievable pathway toward independence and success.
Every contribution you make helps remove barriers that prevent girls from reaching their full potential. It helps ensure that a temporary challenge does not become a permanent obstacle.
