For many girls in rural Uganda, the path to education is filled with challenges that no child should have to face. A lack of menstrual hygiene supplies, widespread poverty, and limited access to reproductive health education continue to disrupt learning and threaten girls’ futures. Every missed day of school increases the risk of falling behind, losing confidence, and eventually dropping out altogether.
Thanks to your generous support, we are helping girls overcome these barriers and stay focused on their education. During this reporting period, hundreds of vulnerable girls received menstrual hygiene kits, participated in health education sessions, and benefited from mentorship programs designed to build confidence and resilience.
The need has become even more urgent as reductions in funding for adolescent outreach services have left many schools and communities with fewer resources to support young people. Your support has helped ensure that girls continue receiving the guidance and practical assistance they need.
Many beneficiaries report improved attendance and greater confidence in managing their health. Teachers have observed positive changes in classroom participation and academic performance.
Every girl who remains in school today has a greater chance of securing employment, supporting her family, and contributing to her community in the future. Your generosity is helping transform obstacles into opportunities and uncertainty into hope.
Thank you for investing in girls whose determination inspires us every day. Together, we are building a future where every girl can learn, thrive, and achieve her full potential.
