INVESTING IN A GIRL TODAY CHANGES GENERATIONS TOMO

By Othieno Gerald | Project Leader

When a girl remains in school, the benefits extend far beyond the classroom. She is more likely to earn an income, raise healthier children, and contribute to the development of her community. Yet many girls continue to face preventable barriers caused by poverty and lack of menstrual health resources.

This quarter, your support enabled us to reach vulnerable girls with menstrual hygiene supplies, reproductive health education, and mentorship programs designed to help them overcome these challenges. The project is ensuring that girls have the tools and confidence needed to continue their education without interruption.

Recent cuts in adolescent outreach services have increased the vulnerability of girls who already face limited opportunities. Many schools lack adequate resources to support students during critical stages of development. Through your generosity, we are helping bridge this gap.

Teachers report that girls who receive support are attending school more consistently and participating more actively in classroom activities. Parents have also noticed improved confidence and motivation among their daughters.

The impact of your contribution reaches beyond individual beneficiaries. By supporting girls today, you are helping create stronger families, more resilient communities, and future generations of empowered women.

Thank you for believing in the power of education and opportunity. Your investment is creating lasting change that will continue to transform lives for years to come.
