This 2012, we started off on the right foot making a difference for hundreds of children across the globe!
Thanks to your generous contribution, we are starting a new year of support to programs benefiting the health, nutrition and education of more than 3000 children and their families. These programs are carried on in direct alliances with local change-makers, such as CNN Hero Phymean Noun in Cambodia, or the committed children activist Juan Pablo Romero Fuentes in Guatemala, among many other leaders and their supporters extending in Honduras and Brazil, with aims to continue expanding our reach this 2012.
Right people with the right resources do make a difference.
In Cambodia, the new People Improvement Organization school is now a reality after months of construction, offering improved spaces for care and learning for more than 350 children and their families in the dump site community of Stung Mean Chey. Their official inauguration is planned for April 28th, celebrating 10 years of helping children in the city of Phnom Penh.

In Guatemala, Los Patojos started a fresh year of activities by providing scholarships to over 150 children in the town of Jocotenango. They received school supplies, uniforms and shoes, and young beneficiaries were given support to enroll in vocational courses.

We are happy to welcome you to our family of support, and stay tuned for our next installment with news from our project partners. We also encourage you to come and visit the projects where we work and witness how your contribution makes a difference.
Please help us reach our goals as we continue giving a leg up for a brighter future!
