Number of beneficiaries: 120 students
Achievements: On the occasion of Christmas and New Year 2016 - 2017, 120 students of June 1st School write letters to Santa Clause to tell about small actions which they take to protect the environment. They then all receive gifts from Santa Clause, including stationary sets (eraser, ruler, pencil, pen, compass), notebooks, pens, watercolor/ wax color sets, brushes, drawing paper, caps & red scarfs.
The top 10 children with the most outstanding letters were taken to restaurant for lunch, cinema and game centerbySanta Clause’s ambassadors from Aid for Kids. They have shared many good ideas from recycling products, picking up trash, to saving plastic bags when shopping.
We would like to thank Camp Asia & Wellspring Bilingual School and their students who did a great fundraiser to help make this happen for June 1st kids.
