Thank you for helping us award eight scholarships to the children in the June 1st School in Ho Chi Minh City. Right before school ended for the summer, we were able (with your support) to award 8 scholarships that will allow young students to continue their education. Without these scholarships - and without your financial support - these children would not be able to continue their education beyond the 8th grade. Most likely, they would be working menial jobs to help suport their family - and without an education their chances of escaping pverty would be slim.
Look at the pictures below - and you can see how important these scholarships are to the young children. You can see how important it is to have that hope. To be able to dream of a better future, a more fulfilled and enriching life.
We've made a good start. With your continued help and suport, we can help more children stay in school - receive a proper education - and have a good chance at earning a living wage. Vietnam is a country with many young children. It is growing fast. There are opportunities for many of these young children. But they need a proper education in order to have a better future. Your donation can make a huge difference.
Help us to be able to present 25 moe scholarships by the end of 2015. Together, we cna make a difference. Together, we can bring a smile to a child's face and give them hope.
