Thanks to the trust and generosity of our donors and partners who believe in our mission, the JoodKITCHEN project has entered a decisive stage: the fit-out phase.
So far, we have completed major preliminary works, including:
Demolition and stripping of old structures
Removal of unnecessary installations
Development and validation of detailed technical plans
These initial steps were crucial to prepare the space for the next works, which will turn JoodKITCHEN into a fully functional, welcoming social restaurant offering a second chance to people experiencing homelessness.
The coming works include:
Electrical, plumbing, and gas installations
Ventilation and air conditioning systems
Specialized flooring and kitchen coatings
Partitioning and installation of the cold room
Carpentry, finishing, and painting
Surveillance system setup
Decorative and final touches
