Thank you for your continued support and good wishes. As we move to the next phase of the project that enables young people to beome active and aware citizen.
In our current phase of the Be A Jagrik - Active and Responsible Citizenship initiative through 72 partners will reach out to 180000 adolescents across the country and create a cohort of adolescent Jagriks to safeguard their rights and fulfill their duties through a board game – Samvidhan Live! Be a Jagrik – Adolescent Participation Toolkit.
This game is played over 5 weeks, with pairs of Jagriks participating in real social and self action tasks that combining fundamental rights, fundamental duties and child rights. Every week they reflect on and share their learning through group meetings.
The initiative will also focus on building capacities of various stakeholders to embed and align with enhancing adolescent participation through the toolkit through direct training and capacity building as well as resources for wide scale dissemination.
