The unrest and insecurity in Haiti continued in the fourth quarter. Our team accompanied our families to build resiliency measures so that as they managed challenges to safety, they could preserve their progress. For our business owners including our plastics collection centers, this meant reinforcements to their properties to ensure inventory can be safely stored, cash flow to maintain their business, and facilitating movement during mandatory evacuations.
Thanks to your support, in this last year, 99% of our families were able to progress to the next step of our program. This included families who graduated out of poverty for good.
We look forward to your continued support in 2024.
