Swayka - Installation of Solar-Powered Lighting on the Stairs is a community-led initiative under the Tripoli Peace Initiative, funded by the United Nations' Peacebuilding Fund and implemented by IOM with SHIFT and the Municipality of Tripoli. The project aims to install solar-powered lighting on public stairs to improve visibility, enhance safety, and strengthen residents' sense of security and community wellbeing.
