Recently, we had face-to-face meetings with our Departmental Coordinators from Quiché, Sololá, and Huehuetenango. We hold these meetings regularly, either through video calls or phone calls, and we meet in person 3 to 4 times a year. The reason for this is that they come from very remote areas, and it's quite challenging for them to leave their communities, involving a long and multi-day journey.
Our Coordinators have significant responsibilities and play a crucial and strategic role within Aula Mágica. They support our Teachers and Facilitators to ensure the success of every activity in our classrooms. They address any issues that arise immediately, and all of our Coordinators live in or very close to the communities where our Aula Mágica classrooms are located.
We are thrilled to have such a dedicated team of Coordinators who are deeply committed to early childhood education for all our children and everything related to our program. Each of our Coordinators does an incredible and admirable job!
It's been 10 months of classes, and we will continue until December! Thanks to all of you for supporting us every day!
With gratitude,
Aula Mágica Guatemala
