We started another year with a lot of dedication and we want to tell you about the actions that we have already started to carry out this year. With your help, 2023 promises to be an even more special year, with a lot of positive impact and social transformation.

Have you ever stopped to think or do you remember the challenges of your first job? The fears, the doubts, the lack of experience, the lack of opportunity. These and many other concerns cross the minds of young people who are looking for their first job.
With that in mind, we are launching a program Conecta+ that will select 20 initiatives from all over Brazil that promote training and career opportunities for young people in situations of social vulnerability. These selected organizations will receive training, mentoring and management support for 6 months, in addition to working on employability strategies and transforming the experience of searching for a workplace and, consequently, the lives of these young people, their families and their territories.

One of the definitions of creativity mentions that it is the ability to solve problems in different ways than usual. The daily life of social managers is permeated with socio-environmental problems and creativity can change challenging scenarios. With a focus on creativity, we launched MoveMT, a creative business acceleration program, where we will offer mentorships and workshops, with the mission of leveraging local talent and moving the creative economy of the state of Mato Grosso, in the Midwest from the country. To further enrich this program, with great pride, to compose the project's local mobilization team, we will have an indigenous person belonging to the program's execution territory.
20 artistic, cultural and digital initiatives will be selected that will receive training and mentoring for the development of their ideas and businesses, making them sustainable and profitable. In addition, participants who stand out during the program receive a financial contribution and an exchange program at our facilities in Rio de Janeiro.

We are reaching the end of another training cycle for impact managers and in the last month of March, we accomplished one more investment jury to support projects of one of our acceleration programs.
After 8 months of mentoring and training, the socio-environmental managers accelerated in the Green Impactô and Social Impactô Acceleration Programs presented their businesses and social initiatives to a panel of evaluators with the aim of receiving investments of up to BRL $100,000 in donations to accelerate the development of their organizations.
There were 13 incredible initiatives from various corners of the country that were able to present their proposals for transformation and socio-environmental impact in two days of examining board. 7 organizations focused on environmental impact and the others on social focus, impacting their territories in a structured and consistent way.
Of the organizations that presented themselves, we can highlight the Terra Luminous Institute @terraluminous, whose purpose is to regenerate the relationship of human beings with themselves, with others and with nature, protecting the Atlantic Forest. They operate in the region of São Paulo, southeastern Brazil, caring for the conservation of river sources that supply more than 2.5 million people, in addition to providing environmental education for young students, small owners of neighboring lands that have great potential for generating income ecosystem services to the planet.
