Do you remember what you were doing 15 years ago? What were your desires, your challenges, your achievements? Yeah, 15 years ago, the Ekloos Institute was being born, starting its activities, but full of plans for the future!
In the last month of October, Ekloos Institute completed 15 years of a consistent history of positive impact. With the help of highly engaged people like you and incredible partners, we built solutions that promoted real changes in the lives of millions of people across Brazil.
Our numbers fill us with pride and we know that it is just the beginning of the path of transformations that we want to promote.
During these 15 years, more than 7,800 social managers spread across 81 cities in the country received our support with mentoring and training. 58% of these managers are women and 42% black. In all, there were around 48,000 hours of content offered.
It doesn't stop there: more than 4.2 million people were indirectly impacted by our activities. We strongly believe in the multiplier power of knowledge in people's lives. We know that by impacting a manager, he can replicate his knowledge in his routine and thus transform the reality of many others.
As result of this effort, we were able to identify an average growth of 72% in the level of management knowledge acquired by social entrepreneurs. Is it or isn't it a reason to be proud??
With our Artificial Intelligence, we solve doubts, offer free content and tips, exponentially for people interested in social sector topics.
We have the desire to continue contributing to better and fairer days for everyone, without distinction.
Our team greatly appreciates your partnership and we invite you to continue on this journey.
Let's go together?!
We also want to tell you about our Expedition with face-to-face mentorships.
What would you feel if you could look into the eyes of each of the people you care about contributing to a fairer and happier future?
We had the joy of being able to visit 10 organizations of the Impactô Social and Impactô Verde acceleration programs in person. These organizations are spread across Brazil and our mentors went on a very special expedition to learn more about the challenges and achievements. They were incredible meetings, with a lot of learning and human warmth that provided us with a more realistic view of the objectives and deliverables of each project. We went from the southeast to the northeast and the result could not have been more rewarding!
For you to feel a little bit of our emotion, we can highlight the joy it was to find with the beneficiaries of the Maria Teixeira School project - @escola.mariateixeira, which is located in a rural area in the center west of Brazil, in Luziânia, Goiás. There, children, teenagers, adults and seniors are attended free of charge, with an inclusive education in the rural area of the region. Students learn respect for differences and nature from a very early age.
When we arrived, we were received with great affection by the entire team and by the students of the project, with the right to a beautiful and exciting musical performance. Then we set off for the mentoring meeting, where we worked together on the sales, positioning and financial strategies of the organization's sustainability arm: a cheese bread factory. Everything is made with a lot of love, so imagine the taste of this cheese bread. Simply the best in the world!
Happy new year full of impact opportunities for us!
