Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank you for your support toward the Income Skills for 100 Female Nurses in Nigeria project. Your contribution shows care for women in the health sector who are working under difficult financial conditions. However, the donations received so far are still not enough to begin the training activities.
Many female nurses in Nigeria continue to face low wages and irregular income. Salary delays and work disruptions place pressure on their ability to meet basic needs such as food, school fees, and household expenses.
Without alternative income sources, some nurses are forced to take on unstable side jobs or consider leaving the profession. This affects not only their personal lives but also the quality and consistency of healthcare services.
This project is designed to support 100 female nurses with practical income skills such as baking, small-scale farming, tailoring, and digital health services. Training will include mentorship and starter support to help participants begin income activities.
With the right support, these nurses can build additional sources of income, reduce financial pressure, and continue their work with greater stability.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin this program and reach those who need it most.
Thank you for your kindness and continued support.
Sincerely,
Joy Ojochogwu Etubi
