A New Year, a new beginning. Time to set new goals and new dreams !
May each and every day of the New Year bring you lots of happiness and good health.
IIMPACT currently runs 1200 Learning Centers across 11 states of India. We continue to witness the fruits of the efforts made over the previous years with your generous continued support. We see scaling up significantly in this quarter bringing a large number of out- of- school into the fold of primary education. This is thanks to more Corporates and Partners joining hands with us.
The last quarter was an exhilarating one.
A major highlight of this quarter was the Mumbai- Delhi Cyclothon organized by Jasmeet Singh Gandhi who uses his passion for cycling to give back to society in his individual capacity. Our esteemed donor, RBL Bank, closely associated with IIMPACT for the last couple of years, generously stepped forward as principal sponsor of this exciting event – Umeed 1000. Jasmeet Singh Gandhi, along with a group of RBL volunteers chose to take this arduous journey to highlight IIMPACT’s work and spread the word about the importance of girl child education. The funds raised will help IIMPACT reach out to a large number of out of school girls.
Another occasion to remember - India’s 67th Republic Day which was celebrated by girls throughout the 11 states where IIMPACT works. We have received reports from various hubs. What was remarkable to see was the enthusiasm with which this occasion was celebrated, especially in the most remote and therefore difficult to reach locations, including the desolate tribal areas of Chhattisgarh. The vibrant images of the girls celebrating in Chhattisgarh as well as some brilliant drawings, particularly a card which showcases our National leaders, the Flag of India along with the spirit of patriotism - are shared in the Quarterly Report.
We look forward to another IIMPACTFUL year ahead and thank you once again for joining hands with us and giving our girls the best gift – the gift of education.
