ICAP congratulates our fellows selected to lead the Biden-Harris International Development Agency Review Team (ART). Linda Etim of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation was tapped to lead the review team for The International Development Group, which includes the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the Peace Corps, the United States Agency for International Development, and the United States International Development Finance Corporation. Joining Ms. Etim are ICAP Fellows Zaid Zaid of Facebook, Inc., and Bama Athreya of the Laudes Foundation.
Agency review teams are responsible for conducting a thorough review of departments, agencies and commissions of the United States government, as well as the White House, to provide the President-elect, Vice President-elect, and key advisors with information needed to make strategic policy, budgetary, and personnel decisions prior to the inauguration. These teams are composed of highly experienced and talented professionals with deep backgrounds in crucial policy areas across the federal government.
