By Curtis Drafton | Veteran Response Team Leader
Happy Sunday all.
This report is only for a 2 1/2 day mission trip down to the zone.
We took close to 1/2 ton of water down (about 2 skids) and we took some water testers and light jackets.
We plan on doing more of course, but wanted to take the time to send out a general "thank you" to everyone involved thus far who has donated and thought about us. Your thoughts, prayers and inquiries as to how it's going is greatly appreciated.
Going into the holiday on Thursday, we are thankful to have a good group of people like you all behind us.
God bless you all and enjoy the time with your friends and families.
- Curtis, Jeff and the entire Veterans Emergency Response Unit family/ crew of volunteers
ps.
We hope you will all look at the video attached. It isn't our footage, but that of someone who is close to the area. We have connected with him and will be doing another piece soon with footage of our efforts hopefully (if we can arrange our schedules).
