Amid the severe humanitarian conditions faced by displaced families in Sudan, we prepared and delivered a hot meal to a family living in one of the displacement camps in the Red Sea State, where they are suffering from extremely difficult living conditions and a severe lack of food.
The family includes three children suffering from extreme hunger and malnutrition, and one of the children recently entered a critical health condition due to the continuous lack of food and basic necessities, causing a dangerous deterioration in his health and requiring urgent humanitarian intervention.
Providing food for this family is considered a form of emergency medical support, as severe malnutrition directly threatens the lives of children, while nutritious meals help restore some of their physical strength and protect them from life-threatening health complications.
Thanks to your generous support, we were able to reach this family and provide urgent assistance during one of the hardest moments of their lives, helping ease their suffering and giving their children a better chance to survive and recover.
