Amid the difficult humanitarian conditions faced by families in northern Gaza, we were able, by the grace of Allah and the generous support of donors, to provide financial sponsorship and medical assistance to an orphan child living with his mother in one of the displacement camps in northern Gaza.
The child suffers from hearing problems that require a surgical operation on his ear, causing him significant health difficulties that have affected his daily life, especially under the harsh living conditions the family faces after losing their provider.
We provided the child with a shopping voucher to help him and his mother secure some of their essential needs, in addition to a financial contribution to support the cost of the surgery and the medical treatment he urgently requires.
Despite the harsh reality of life inside the camps, the joy and gratitude expressed by the child and his mother upon receiving this support were deeply moving. His mother expressed sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to easing their suffering and standing beside her son during this difficult time.
Supporting orphaned and sick children is not only about financial aid, but also about giving them hope, care, and reassurance during the hardships they endure.
We pray that Allah grants this child a full recovery and rewards everyone who contributed to this humanitarian effort abundantly.
