Amid the worsening humanitarian crisis in Sudan, thousands of displaced and affected families continue to suffer from extremely difficult conditions and a severe lack of essential services, especially medical care and healthcare support. With the growing number of patients and injured individuals, the need for medical points capable of receiving humanitarian cases and providing urgent treatment and care has become more critical than ever.
Through our field follow-up and humanitarian assessments, we have witnessed the immense suffering faced by families trying to access medicine or even the most basic healthcare services, particularly children, women, the elderly, and patients with chronic illnesses. Many communities are living in areas where functioning medical centers are unavailable, making even minor illnesses or injuries a serious threat to people’s lives.
For this reason, we continue working intensively on the preparation and support of medical points across different areas in Sudan, with the aim of easing the burden on affected families and providing essential primary healthcare services for displaced people and those in need. These preparations include supplying medicines, essential medical equipment, and preparing healthcare spaces to better receive and assist patients.
By the grace of Allah and the support of generous donors, we have now reached the final stages of preparation, and we are approaching the completion of this important humanitarian project, which we hope will help save the lives of many patients and vulnerable families.
Supporting medical points is not only about providing treatment, but also about giving hope, dignity, and access to healthcare for families enduring extremely harsh conditions.
We pray that Allah blesses everyone who contributed to supporting this humanitarian effort and that these initiatives become a source of relief and support for the people of Sudan during these difficult times.
