2. Executive Summary
The project Training on Human Rights and Good Governance (64812) aims to strengthen the capacity of youth, community leaders, and civil society actors in Mali on human rights principles and good governance practices. Despite the importance of this initiative in promoting democratic values and social cohesion, the project has not yet secured any financial support. As a result, no planned training activities have been implemented. The project remains in its preparatory phase and continues to actively seek funding and strategic partnerships.
