The Project Human Development Workshops by Fundación Espartanos is operating fully within the San Martín prison.
The project is part of the Educational pillar of Fundación Espartanos, and along with the other three pillars of the foundation - Rugby, Spirituality, and Job Reintegration - it transforms the lives of people deprived of their freedom in the San Martin prison (of maximum and medium security).
The Project Human Development Workshops supports the personal transformation of the Spartans. It is a space for reflection, continuous support, and accompaniment where the deepest emotional layers of each person and their life stories are worked on.
Human Development Workshops provide tools for the Spartans to develop personal qualities through introspection, emotional management, the development of positive qualities, and forgiveness.
The main components of the program are:

Testimonials:
"I always had a bad relationship with my mom. We hadn't spoken for years. Since I took the Healthy Relationships Workshop, I wrote to her to ask for forgiveness, and now we talk every day. Our relationship changed forever." (María Sanchez)
"Coaching taught me to express my emotions. Now I know I want to make the most of my life, I don't want to return to prison, I want to do things right and be happy with my family." (Martin Pérez)
