Global Tutoring
Our global tutoring program to children of prostituted women or children “at risk” of sex trafficking continues to grow.
In 2021, we tutored 4,891 hours to 71 students in 5 countries.
We tutor 7 programs in Ecuador, India, Kenya, Tanzania, and Nepal. 52 of those students are studying English and 19 Math.
58% are girls and 43% are boys. The ages of these students are 9 to 26 years old. The largest number of students are 13-14, followed by 15 – 16 and then 11-12.
With English, these young children have economic alternatives to prostitution for survival and a means to support their families.
