Give Care & Shelter to 70 Orphans in Delhi Yearly

We are pleased to share with you the latest updates and heartfelt stories from our orphanage, made possible through your generous support.

Aradhana’s Story Aradhana (name changed) faced a tragic start in life when her father passed away during her toddler years. Her mother remarried, but both parents are now in police custody, leaving Aradhana with no one to care for her. She misses her mother deeply and often cries for her. However, thanks to the loving environment at our orphanage, she is gradually finding comfort and joy. Our dedicated caregivers and other children provide her with much-needed support and companionship. Aradhana has begun engaging in various activities and is starting to socialize more. Orphanage teacher Sanjana is preparing her for school, and we plan to enroll her when the new term begins in July. During this difficult period, we are committed to meeting all of Aradhana’s emotional, physical, medical, and educational needs.

Recent Highlights

• Academic Progress: Our school-going children are eagerly looking forward to moving up to the next grade.
• Birthday Celebrations: In the past two months, we celebrated the birthdays of three children, filling our home with joy and festivity.
• Coloring Competition: Our children participated in a coloring competition organized by government officials, showcasing their creativity and enthusiasm.
• Successful Reunification: Soni (Name changed), who came to us at just three months old, was joyfully reunited with her biological family after two and a half years.  thanks to the efforts of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC).
• Adoption Success: Two and a half year old, once an abandoned child, now has a loving adoptive family, giving her a fresh start in life.
• Honoring Mrs. Jolly: After 33 years of dedicated service, Mrs. Jolly has retired. Her contributions have been invaluable, positively impacting the lives of countless children.

Immediate Needs

1. Monetary Support for Operational Expenses: We urgently need funds to cover hospitalization charges, caregivers, nurses, therapists, maintenance of the orphanage building, diapers, infant formula, and more.
2. New Generator: Our old generator is out of date and needs to be replaced.

The orphanage relies on individual donors to meet these needs every month. Even a small contribution can significantly support these children in their growth and development.
