Thank you for your support to the children at Asharan.
A newborn baby Sushmita* (name changed) was surrendered by her young mother. This tiny infant had to be hospitalized; as she struggled to thrive during the initial days of her life. She was able to overcome her ill health with the care and treatment while at Asharan. Asharan's nurse Meena would spend extra time caring for her.
During Sushmita's one and half year stay at Asharan, she bonded very well with Nurse Meena and few other staff. In the month of March, Sushmita was rehabilitated through adoption in to a loving family. Her bonding with her adoptive parents was easier as she had learned attachment and love from Meena and other caregivers.
Sushmita is one of the many kids at Asharan who benefited from your support. Please continue supporting the kids at Asharan.
