Kunal is back home with a smiling face after 37 days of hospital stay

Kunal feels much relieved after the surgical removal of the tumor from inside his mouth including subtotal maxillectomy. It was a complicated surgery. He will have to undergo another smaller surgery next week to fill the little gap on his upper lip. We are looking for donors who would like to contribute towards the hospital ‘patient care’ expenses.

In July month we received four children including two siblings. As told by the older sibling, she and her sister were under the care of their father who could hardly watch over them and feed them so he left them in a temple and went away. The children do not know where he is. They were under nourished and lethargic. Asharan is providing them with good food, ample rest and medical care.

Preeti (name changed) came to Asharan with bruises all over her body. She was found in an abandoned state. She is starting to trust the caregivers. Her wounds are healing with treatment and she is making efforts to speak. 

Five new children came to Asharan in the months of April – May, 2022. One child was restored back to their family, Raj got adopted into a loving family, and two special-needs children were transferred to special homes.

We very are grateful to you for being part of the rescue, treatmant, care and schooling of all the children at Asharan. 

As the needs and expenses are unexpected sometimes, we tend to go into debit balances sometimes. So spread the word around to your coleagues and friends so that we have enough for the emergencies.
