We work individually with students to make sure they have every necessary tool to be successful, from assistance with financial aid, scholarships and grants to supplies, books and assistance with transportation. This year, we've helped with virtual learning and tutoring assistance for our students learning remotely.
In some cases, we set students up with laptops at home, along with Internet services or hot spots. Many of our students are low-income, and part of their needs include resources and access to learning materials. We have also created a safe space for students to learn onsite. Our Academic Learning Lab has desks separated safely, along with tutors to help students in areas where they need advanced guidance.
Every dollar we receive helps us support students as they pursue their (first-generation) academic dreams.
