Thank you so much to everyone who donated to help feed homeless teenagers in Tbilisi. We had a magnificent response to our appeal, raising £804 in just two weeks and winning the £500 bonus in the GlobalGiving fundraising competition. This means that we can feed the teenagers cared for by the Mkurnali charity in Tbilisi for around two months. This is a huge relief for Nino Chubabria, Mkurnali's director. Mkurnali has been under financial pressure recently, and our contribution could not be better timed. Indeed, someone who gives legal assistance has on several occasions used her own money to buy food for the residents, a situation which could not continue. Thankfully, the money from our appeal will help Mkurnali through this crisis and we hope to find continuing support for the months ahead.
