SHAKTI Organisation has been working on the issues of elderly people for the last twelve years. The last quarter was full of events. X-Mas day and New Year celebration, Annual Picnic and Republic day functions are the major events celebrated with great fan and fare by the senior citizens of Home. 12 weekly health check-up camps were organised. The name of our Old Age Home is changed from Shakti Old Age Home to Shakti Senior Citizens Home. In the month of December, we lost two of our beloved inmates as they passed away.
With the support of generous donation through the Global Giving platform, we have purchased two number of commode toilets for the easy and comfortable use of our inmates. They are now using it and feeling very much comfortable.
Gratification: We are very much thankful to the donors who have supported the causes of our Senior Citizen inmates and expecting their support and blessings in the coming days.
