It is hard to believe it is already May! We continue to make great strides in our rescue efforts and to date we have saved 30 dogs, including 2 adults! In the past week alone we have taken in a 160 pound Great Dane that the owners had taken to the vet to be euthanized! Luckily the vet contacted rescue and we were able to take this 3 year old boy into our program, giving him a second chance at life and a loving home! We also took in 4 lab mix puppies and we are happy to report that everyone is in loving foster homes. In a couple of weeks all of these dogs will be ready for adoption. We are also preparing for pregnant dog and puppy season, it will be a very busy summer!
To date our vet bills are in the thousands and our food bills continue to grow. Without the continued generous support of donors like you, we would not be able to continue our efforts. We hope to save many more lives in the upcoming year and will need your continued support in our endeavor!
Thank you again from all of us at Help Orphan Puppies.
