We at Edge of Seven are proud to annouce that we have completed the second Salleri University Dormitory building for girls going on to further their education in Nepal. These 20 girls will move in this fall after the monsoon and after the building is painted. But this completion signals, again, the power that you, the donors have on helping to break down barriers to education in Nepal. This is a critical piece of work to allow girls to access education rather than allow distance to the university to keep them out of school. Thank you.
This project in partnership with our 7plus7 work (building 7 Temporary Learning Centers PLUS 7 permanent school buildings) is making strong headway to Rebuilding Nepal. You can read more about our 7plus7 program at http://www.edgeofseven.org/7plus7
We thank you again for helping us to finish the second dormitory in Selleri and helping us to break down barriers to education. We'll be heading to Nepal in the fall and will bring you another update when we return.
