Hello everyone!
Time for another update from the Tamar children that you are supporting: We are in the middle of the school year, and it is soon time for exams before the midterm break in October. Before all the studying for the exams starts in earnest, we choose to do something special for them: In Pattaya a new Dinosaur Park is opening in October, and they had a soft opening to test the park. We used this opportunity to get some discounted tickets and went with the kids. Not all was finished yet but most of the attractions were ready. In the beginning some of them, even the older ones, were a bit scared – especially as some of the dinosaurs were moving around and making lots of sounds. But in the end, they all loved playing with them. There were dinosaur rides for the very young, the kids and as you can see even our Nursery Teacher enjoyed a ride on one of them! The little once also enjoyed feeding the little piglets and just hanging out in the park.
After we returned home, the kids asked when they would be able to go back. So, it seems the day trip was a success! But now it is back to studying and the school holidays will start around the 7th of October – each school a bit different – and we are already planning to the next outing to the science and space center during the school holidays when the exams are written.
Thank you for your support and for making outings like these possible!
