We are building a sports, cultural, and community center in Cazuca, Colombia, to provide safe spaces for learning, recreation, creativity, and community development. The center will include a gym, multipurpose hall, creative studio, soccer field, community bakery, and administrative spaces, all powered by clean energy. Every donation - every brick - helps create opportunities and build a better future for children, youth, families, and the wider community.
In Cazuca, many children and young people grow up surrounded by poverty, violence, forced displacement, and limited educational opportunities. Safe public spaces are scarce, and many families lack access to environments that support learning, wellbeing, and positive development. As a result, youth are often exposed to recruitment, school dropout, and cycles of exclusion.
This project will create a permanent sports, cultural, and community center where young people and families can gather, participate in educational and cultural activities, and access supportive community networks. The infrastructure will provide safe spaces for recreation, creativity, training, and community entrepreneurship, helping reduce violence risks while opening pathways for personal and collective development.
Over time, the center will become a catalyst for social transformation in Cazuca. More than 5,000 children, youth, families, and community members will benefit annually from a safe and inclusive space that promotes learning, leadership, wellbeing, and community participation. Every brick laid will help create opportunities, strengthen community bonds, and empower new generations of young leaders. Together, we can keep the ball rolling for change.
