Somos Puente is the programme that Minkai has created to help young persons to define a future plan for their future.
Since we have launched this programme we have had 5 editions and had at least 75 participants.
In October we are having for the first time the opportunity that offer this programme to young people in Catamarca province.
We encourage young people to look for what they want and what habilities they already have for entrepeneurship and for looking for a job. All of the members participate in workshops to learn and develop capabilities for work environment and basic learning skills for every type of work that they are going to display in next years.
Among the workshops they offer are sessions focused on reflecting on life plans to explore what the participants want to do and what personal experiences and strengths they already possess to achieve those goals. They also provide training in public speaking, basic digital skills, resume writing, and mock interviews, among other topics.
Professional volunteers lead the workshops, providing guidance on each topic and supporting each young person throughout the process to help them enter the workforce better prepared.
