Dear friends,
We’re excited to share some wonderful progress from the first half of the year for our Somos Puente (Building Bridges) program!
At MINKAI, we believe that young people in rural Argentina deserve the opportunity to dream big and build fulfilling futures. That’s why we launched the first cohort of Somos Puente with a group of 20 young people from rural areas, all eager to take their first steps into the world of work.
Over the course of two months, participants engaged in intensive training across seven key areas:
Identifying your skills
Volunteering and its opportunities
Digital skills
Purpose-driven entrepreneurship
Public speaking and communication
Resume building
Mock interviews
Each workshop was designed to help young people grow in confidence, strengthen their professional skills, and explore meaningful career paths. With practical exercises and personalized guidance, these young adults are now better prepared to face the job market—and many of them have already begun applying what they learned!
Thanks to your support, we’re not only helping individuals—we’re planting the seeds for long-term change in their communities.
